Now a copy of one of the pictures that was well hidden all these years has been published and the researchers believe that it is not a fake picture

UFO photographed from the International Space Station (UFO Sightings Daily)

Could it be that the definitive proof of the existence of aliens was revealed a month ago in Scotland?

This is definitely the clearest picture we've come across - and if the story behind it is true, we can probably treat aliens as an existing and proven fact and no longer as science fiction.

On August 4, 1990, two young men who worked as chefs at a hotel in Pitlochry, a beautiful town in the Highlands of Perthshire, just outside the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland - went for a walk.

At 9pm, after a long day in the kitchen, the two drove about 20 kilometers north along the A9 to Kelvin, a point on the edge of the Cairngorms, where they took a walk in the hills.

They didn't have time to go too far when they suddenly encountered a huge, solid, diamond-shaped object, about 30 meters long, hovering quietly in the sky above them.

Terrified, they hid in the bushes and looked up.

Minutes later, they heard the sound of a jet plane flying north: In 1990, the Scottish military had two squadrons of Tornado fighters on 24-hour alert to intercept Russian invasion planes.

The jet returned and circled this "thing" before returning to its original course, as if the pilot had also seen the object and returned to look at it closely.

Eventually the two men pulled out the camera from where they were hiding and shot six frames.

At this point, the object flies vertically upwards and disappears in the sky.

Convinced that they had just seen a UFO, the two took their photos to the "Daily Record", one of the leading newspapers in Scotland. However, no article was ever printed: the newspaper turned the photos over to the Ministry of Defense and the story was silenced. The photos were not published and the young chefs disappeared.

Revealed after 32 years: the most spectacular UFO photo ever taken (Photo: screenshot, Sheffield Hallam University Library/Craig Lindsay))

Now, UFO researcher David Clarke is revealing for the first time one of the lost images -

a photograph that one Ministry of Defense official described as the most spectacular UFO image ever taken, and the holy grail in terms of conclusive evidence that these things really exist.

This is a picture that the Ministry of Defense and the National Archives tried to hide as much as they could.

While such information is usually published after 30 years, the Ministry of Defense continued to hide the original negative and wanted the signatures of the witnesses to hide the photo for another 54 years - until 2076.

For many years, researchers wondered what happened to the photos and the men who took them.

Retired air force officer Craig Lindsay, the first person to speak to one of the young chefs after that night, spoke to David Clarke and said he broke protocol that day and hid a copy of one of the photos before sending the entire file - including the negatives - to the Ministry of Defense in London.

He kept the secret copy on his desk for 32 years - hidden inside the book Great Aircraft Of The World.

When a Daily Mail reporter tracked him down, now 83 and still living in Scotland, he said he felt relieved: "I've been waiting for more than 30 years for someone to contact me about this," he told him.

In the image he revealed, unlike other UFO images that have been revealed to date, you can see the object clearly and notice that it is a completely different aircraft from what we know. Clark admitted that he was skeptical about the hundreds of unconvincing images and videos that he has been exposed to to date - but this time it is a document that he really left behind He is speechless.

The photo was examined by Andrew Robinson, a senior lecturer in photography at Sheffield Hallam University and he is convinced that the photo is real.

He claimed that if this is a hoax, then it is a very elaborate hoax that includes the use of expensive and sophisticated equipment and flying models that are not at the disposal of two hotel employees.

He said: "My conclusion is that the object is definitely in front of the camera, that is, it is not a fake produced in post-production and its position within the scene seems to be about halfway between the front fence and the plane in the background."

A pragmatic and realistic ex-civil servant who spent ten years in the army, Mr Lindsay is convinced that the photo - and the frightened man he spoke to that day - are real.

At first he was afraid to speak lest he violate the Official Secrets Act, but after 32 years of doing what he was told and keeping quiet - now he wants the truth to come out.

"In my role I handled many reports of UFOs but most of them were just lights in the sky.

It was clear that it was different," he said. "When I asked what noise it made, the man said: 'It didn't make any noise at all.'

Up until that point I didn't take it seriously, but when he said it was quiet, I suddenly realized that there is no plane I know that doesn't make noise."

When the photos were transferred to the Ministry of Defense, they informed him that the issue was under investigation and to leave it at that: "They told me, 'Leave it to London'... They asked me not to get involved, so I did exactly that," he concluded, "The years passed and I gradually forgot about the photo in my drawer. Now it's out and I hope that the two witnesses will come forward and tell their story so that we can reveal the whole truth."

If it is not a UFO, one of the theories that came up after the publication of the photo is that it is a first glimpse of America's legendary and most secret spy plane program, "Aurora". The plane has the characteristics of a spaceship, that is, it has the ability to take off normally from an airport and reach the edge of the atmosphere, Almost to space. Since the mid-1980s, there have been rumors of a silent, supersonic, geometrically shaped flying craft used for spying missions. No substantial evidence has ever been published that it was ever built or flown, but many unexplained sightings and incidents - both In both the US and the UK - feed the myth.
