And, this Tuesday, finally, the long-awaited requisitions of the national financial prosecutor's office (PNF) in the sulphurous Laporte-Altrad affair, which is shaking French rugby.
After 4 hours of indictment by PNF prosecutors Céline Guillet and François-Xavier Dulin, the courtroom, filled as ever since the start of the trial on September 7, discovered rather surprised the severe sentences requested by the prosecution.
“Yes, the requisitions are heavy, recognized the prosecutor.
But commensurate with the complete lack of questioning of the defendants, the duration and the seriousness of the offences”.
