After the confrontation that took place at the police between Eyal Golan and N. and T., who claim that he sexually assaulted them, and shortly before the statement to the media that the victims are expected to give at 6:00 p.m., Golan said: "This was an event I had been waiting for a long time. After a baseless civil lawsuit they filed against me, They realized that there is no basis for their claims. This is a multitude of versions that have changed over the years, with each version contradicting the other version, so they filed a complaint with the police, thinking that I would scare and blackmail them into fulfilling their financial demands. I want to say to everyone who loves me and my musical work : First of all, thank you very much for your love and support. It gives me strength to stand strong in the face of this persecution. And another thing, it is clear that if I had paid money none of the complaints and lawsuits would have existed. But I did not agree to this because I know that there was no blemish in my actions."

"We all support anyone who has experienced or is experiencing sexual abuse. This is extremely serious," Golan added, "but we cannot put up with an attempt to take the sacred values of the fight against sexual harassment and allow it to be a tool in the hands of those who spread blatant lies, when the truth and facts describe a completely different story. I am glad that I had the opportunity to clarify the facts once and for all - in the confrontation that took place today. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and trust the law enforcement officials to do their job without regard to background noise. And with God's help we will always meet only in joy and continue to create and contribute to Israeli culture dear to our hearts".

Earlier today (Tuesday) at the end of the confrontation, T left the police station and was warmly received by the dozens of protesters who came to support the victims, including Irad Marciano Zeiger, one of the victims Alon Castiel and the actress Dalit Kahn who testified in the investigation and voila!

A culture that exposed the Ivgi affair.

T's surroundings were satisfied with the confrontation and said "Vala!"

Culture: "T was excellent."

One of the protesters was pushed by a supporter of Eyal Golan - and a police complaint was filed against the pusher.

As mentioned, dozens of protesters stood outside the police station chanting slogans against Eyal Golan and expressing support for the two complainants.

Among other things, they shouted "Eyal Golan be careful, the injured are not the homeless", "T and N you are not alone".

In front of them stood individual demonstrators who expressed support for the Golan.

Media woman Orli Vilnai delivered to Walla!

Tarbut: "After six years we reopened the case, I believe that this time an indictment will be filed against him since last time none were filed. Golan brought the girls into prostitution and that is what the police are investigating."

The handful of protesters who support Golan verbally attacked Vilnai, who had published an investigation about the singer, clinging to her and yelling at her with a megaphone: "Orly and Guy, go home! You scumbag leftist!".

Eyal Golan arrived at the confrontation earlier than usual and it was even claimed that he used his good friend Kefir Agassi as a "double".

In February 2014, the prosecutor's office announced the closure of the case against Eyal Golan due to lack of evidence.

The confrontation this morning took place exactly one year after, on November 15, 2021, T and N submitted 11 new complaints against ten people involved who were not investigated in 2013 in the minors case.

The new complaints led to a renewed investigation and reopening of the case.

Golan is suspected of conspiracy to commit a crime, obstruction of justice and multiple offenses of bringing a person to commit prostitution.

The penalty for this can be up to 15 years in prison.

Attorney Galia Shmilovich, who represents T. and N. with attorney Leah Miller Forstadt and attorney Osherat Kirma, told Walla! Tarbut: "T. and N. are very excited about the confrontation.

After nine years they will finally confront those who hurt them, something that did not happen in 2013.

They are looking forward to it.

The new complaints were filed against ten suspects who were not investigated in 2013.

So Eyal Golan was investigated but the case is known to be closed.

The reason Golan has been interrogated several times since April of this year is that new evidence emerged from a new investigation, which necessitated his investigation.

We know that Golan is being investigated for multiple offenses of bringing a person into the act of prostitution, which relate to the new complaints.

In 2013, Eyal Golan referred to T., N. and other girls as El Chafetz and passed them from hand to hand.

For the first time Golan will confront T. and N.

They say that a rotten apple tree does not produce pineapples.

Golan's father was convicted of the crime of bringing a person into the act of prostitution that he committed with six minors.

It gives the impression that the son followed in his father's footsteps."

Attorney Leah Miller Furstadt, who also represents the victims, added: "Nine years ago, T and N were not represented, did not receive support and were not treated like victims of a crime by the investigating unit.

In the time that has passed since then, they have rebuilt their lives, started families and built support circles for themselves.

Today (Tuesday) they will come to the confrontation strong and determined to tell their story so that justice will come out.

Today T and N enjoy a strong backing of public support and legal and strategic support, and the police and the prosecutor's office are also investing considerable resources in order to finally seriously investigate the affair.

Eyal Golan was investigated for numerous incidents of bringing a person into the act of prostitution.

We hope that the reinvestigation will reveal the truth."

Orit Soliciano, CEO of the Association of Assistance Centers for Victims of Sexual Assault, said in response: "Ten years after the disgraceful investigation into Eyal Golan's case, the moment has come for correction.

For ten years, T. and N. carry in every cell of their bodies the severe sexual abuse they went through, the miscarriage of justice they suffered and the false slanders that Golan and his associates slandered them on every possible stage.

Times have changed.

Some of Golan's associates have already linked him to the actions, and the end of the exploitation chain will be fully exposed.

We strengthen the Israel Police for carrying out the necessary investigative steps, and call on them to make sure that this time justice will be done and will be seen.

The case in Golan's case was closed in the past because of Golan's blinding power, but no less than that, because T. and N. were girls who faced these mighty forces completely alone."
