After the confrontation that took place at the police between Eyal Golan and N. and T., who claim that he sexually assaulted them, and shortly before the statement to the media that the victims are expected to give at 6:00 p.m., Golan said: "This was an event I had been waiting for a long time. After a baseless civil lawsuit they filed against me, They realized that there is no basis for their claims. This is a multitude of versions that have changed over the years, with each version contradicting the other version, so they filed a complaint with the police, thinking that I would scare and blackmail them into fulfilling their financial demands. I want to say to everyone who loves me and my musical work : First of all, thank you very much for your love and support. It gives me strength to stand strong in the face of this persecution. And another thing, it is clear that if I had paid money none of the complaints and lawsuits would have existed. But I did not agree to this because I know that there was no blemish in my actions."
"We all support anyone who has experienced or is experiencing sexual abuse. This is extremely serious," Golan added, "but we cannot put up with an attempt to take the sacred values of the fight against sexual harassment and allow it to be a tool in the hands of those who spread blatant lies, when the truth and facts describe a completely different story. I am glad that I had the opportunity to clarify the facts once and for all - in the confrontation that took place today. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and trust the law enforcement officials to do their job without regard to background noise. And with God's help we will always meet only in joy and continue to create and contribute to Israeli culture dear to our hearts".

In February 2014, the prosecutor's office announced the closure of the case against Eyal Golan due to lack of evidence.
The confrontation this morning took place exactly one year after, on November 15, 2021, T and N submitted 11 new complaints against ten people involved who were not investigated in 2013 in the minors case.
The new complaints led to a renewed investigation and reopening of the case.
Golan is suspected of conspiracy to commit a crime, obstruction of justice and multiple offenses of bringing a person to commit prostitution.
The penalty for this can be up to 15 years in prison.
Attorney Galia Shmilovich, who represents T. and N. with attorney Leah Miller Forstadt and attorney Osherat Kirma, told Walla! Tarbut: "T. and N. are very excited about the confrontation.
After nine years they will finally confront those who hurt them, something that did not happen in 2013.
They are looking forward to it.
The new complaints were filed against ten suspects who were not investigated in 2013.
So Eyal Golan was investigated but the case is known to be closed.
The reason Golan has been interrogated several times since April of this year is that new evidence emerged from a new investigation, which necessitated his investigation.
