On the forecourt of the Saint-Jean church, in the city center of Tonneins (Lot et Garonne), the compact crowd is tightening this Friday, November 25 to witness the arrival of the coffin of Vanesa.
The family of the 14-year-old schoolgirl, raped and then killed on November 18 at the end of college, is dressed in white.
The relatives of the young martyr hold portraits and the procession heads for the altar to the melody of a song by a Colombian artist of whom Vanesa was a fan, a taste that came to her from her mother, who is from this country of Latin America.
