Djibril, a 14-year-old teenager, was killed on the night of Saturday to Sunday in Coignières (Yvelines) during a brawl after a sports competition, we learned from concordant sources.
The young man was beaten up by his assailants.
He had a large wound on his skull, suggesting that he had been hit with a hammer.
A weapon by destination which, in any case, was not found on the spot.

It is around 1 a.m. when the police are called to Coignières for a clash between young people.
The fight takes place just in front of a gymnasium, rue du Moulin-à-vent, where a competition of MMA, a martial art, ends.
Nearly 300 people went to this exhibition where no incident was noted.

For a still unknown reason, two bands decide to do battle in front of the gymnasium.
On one side there seem to be teenagers from the Marchands district in Coignières and on the other young people from the Friches district in Maurepas.
At the end of this fight, at least two wounded.
The young Djibril will die of his injuries, probably because of the one inflicted on his head.
“But the autopsy that we have requested will make it possible to be sure of this”, specifies the prosecutor.
One of Dibril's friends, aged 16, was slightly injured.
He would have been taken care of by his relatives.
No other injuries appeared on the spot.

According to our information, witnesses to the brawl managed to neutralize a young man presented by the mob as one of those who struck Djibril.
While apparently being molested, he was pulled out of the crowd by protest security.
He would thus have been sheltered inside the gymnasium.
This young man then managed to flee before the arrival of the police.
Large reinforcements of law enforcement have been deployed on the spot to prevent the situation from degenerating again.
Crews were also sent to the two districts concerned.
According to the prosecutor, no incident between the two rival neighborhoods had been reported recently.
“Nothing, apparently, for a year”, contextualizes the magistrate.
