According to IG Metall for Mercedes, the entitlement to a Christmas bonus in the company is divided as follows:
After 6 months of service: 25 percent of a monthly salary
After 12 months of service: 35 percent of monthly earnings
After 24 months of service: 45 percent of monthly earnings
After 36 months of service: 55 percent of a monthly salary
Special regulation: Trainees receive 55 percent of the respective training allowance
Christmas bonus at Audi: A deadline is particularly important for employees
As with Mercedes, the car manufacturer Audi also depends on length of service when it comes to Christmas bonuses.
