The Marseilles court decided on Wednesday to cancel an order imposing the closure of one of Booba's Instagram accounts, accused of harassment by the wife of singer Gims, Demdem.
After the illegal closure of the "OKLM" instagram account requested by @MagaliBerdah, it's Demdem's turn, the 2nd wife of @gims, to lose her case concerning this time the illegal closure of the "Lapiraterieofficial" instagram account.

Last January, the "lapiraterieofficial" Instagram account, in the name of Booba's clothing brand, was closed following an order issued at the request of Adja Damba Dante, his real name.
The latter, wife of the singer Gims, in a long-standing conflict with Booba, accused him of harassment.
Justice, however, reversed its decision on Wednesday, considering that the order had been issued "without adversarial debate", when it should have been the subject, reports lawyer Gilles Vercken, who represents Booba in the affair.

"The closure of the account is no longer justified, LPR Distribution will officially ask Meta / Instagram to reopen the account" lapiraterieofficial "", adds the council in a press release released on Friday.
Contacted to find out how it was going to respond to this request, the Meta group was not immediately able to respond to the Parisian this Friday evening.
In October, Booba also obtained the cancellation of a court order imposing the closure of his accounts after a request by the agent of reality TV stars Magali Berdah.
This time, it was the OKLM account that was targeted.
However, this has not been restored: the suspension of Elie Yaffa's account had been launched on the initiative of Meta, and not in reaction to the court order, explained the platform at the time.
The group, owner of Facebook and Instagram, believed that the rapper's publications violated its rules of use.
Lover of clashes, especially via social networks, Booba is regularly accused of harassment by several personalities.
In the case of cyberbullying which opposes him to Magali Berdah, the rapper was also summoned by the gendarmes at the end of November.
A summons to which the artist, based in Miami, in the United States, did not appear, while about fifteen other people will soon be brought to justice for offenses against the famous agent .
