This Saturday evening, a 21-year-old young man was shot dead in a community hall in Bourg-lès-Valence (Drôme), according to a police source this Sunday.
Around 10 p.m., a hooded man burst into the Maisons des Jeunes et de la Culture (MJC) in this town bordering Valence, where a few people were gathered to watch a football World Cup match.
The perpetrator then shot his victim several times.
He then fired two shots in the air as he fled on a scooter driven by an accomplice, according to the first elements of the investigation, notably reported by France Bleu.
The man hit did not survive.
The victim known for drug trafficking
The victim was known to the police for drug trafficking, according to a source familiar with the matter.
The judicial police have been seized.
