At 29, he was sentenced this Friday, December 16, to the maximum sentence: life imprisonment, with a security period of 22 years.
But Yoann V. was not even in the box to hear him, having been expelled, a few minutes earlier, by the president of the Assize Court of Maine-et-Loire before which he had been tried for fifteen days for rape and sexual assault on ten children, including babies.
“No, I will not get up”, had dared the accused at the time of the verdict, boycotting until the end this trying hearing, which will therefore be held without him.
