Audi is part of the large VW group.
The car manufacturers have large plants in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm.
That's how much the employees of the world-famous carmaker earn.
The fact that there are currently some problems in the energy crisis at Audi, as well as in the entire automotive industry, is not only evident from the fact that the group recently made statements about bankruptcy from the board level and the consequences to

.
However, both the parent company VW and Audi can post positive results for themselves.
According to its own financial report, Audi “increased sales revenue in the first three quarters of 2022 compared to the previous year by 10.4 percent to 44.6 billion euros”.
The board level in particular can be happy about such numbers.
The car companies VW and Audi continue to hold on to lavish salaries.
And so, as at Mercedes, the range of what employees earn from beginners to bosses is correspondingly large.
The amount of the salary in the board of directors depends on several criteria
While, according to a report on "bild.de", unlike the parent company VW, there is no separate company collective agreement, the Baden-Württemberg and Bavarian collective agreements apply at Audi: Means: the almost 43,000 employees at the main plant in Ingolstadt are like the almost 16,000 colleagues in Neckarsulm paid according to the IG Metall pay tables.

According to their own statements, the decisive factor for the level of executive board remuneration for the top tier in the car companies is that it should be appropriate and attractive in national and international comparison.
Criteria are the tasks of the individual Board of Management member, his or her personal performance, the economic situation, the success and future prospects of the Volkswagen Group, as well as the customary remuneration, taking into account the comparative environment and the remuneration structure that otherwise applies in the Volkswagen Group.
