Maccabi Health Services announced this morning (Tuesday) a transition to the digital wallet, which will allow the use of the magnetic card in the future - similar to credit cards.
For the first time in Israel, insured persons will be able to attach the membership card to the digital wallets of Apple (Apple Wallet) and Google (Google Wallet).
Initially, the service will be provided for its insured in the medical centers and clinics in the cities of Kiryat Ono, Gani Tikva and Givat Shmuel, as well as in the children's center and the Maccabi Pharm branch in the Maccabi "HaShalom" medical center in Tel Aviv.
During the year 2023, the service will gradually expand to all medical centers throughout the country for the convenience of all Maccabi companies and members.
With the digital card, members will be able to consume the best medical services: visits to the various doctors' clinics, laboratory services, office services, nurses' clinics, institutes, the pharmacies of Maccabi Pharm, the "Assuta Medical Centers" chain, the "Macbidnet" chain and the "Maccabi Natural" chain.
