A solution to the ongoing shortage of the flagship series?
For the first time, Apple this week began selling refurbished devices of the previous generation series, the iPhone 13, outside the United States - in Great Britain, Germany, Italy and Spain.
This is a limited and changing stock of devices returned from customers or found to be defective - and repaired.
The purchase can be made directly from stores or the Apple website (not including Israel).
The catalog does not include the base model (iPhone 13).
The refurbished iPhones are sold at a discount of about 15 to 20 percent in prices compared to the corresponding new models.
For example, an iPhone 13 Pro with a storage capacity of 256 gigabytes is sold for 889 pounds sterling (NIS 3,745) - a saving of 160 pounds sterling.
For comparison, the same model in the new version (iPhone 14 Pro), was sold for 1,209 pounds sterling (NIS 5,095).

Apple states that the refurbished iPhones are unlocked, and come with a new battery, a new outer shell and a new box with a USB-C to Lightning cable.
In addition, the devices are covered by a one-year limited warranty, which can be extended, and guarantee that the devices sold have passed all the rigorous tests used by it, and in most cases it is almost impossible to distinguish them from brand new devices.
