The duo of creators and actors Hanan Savion and Guy Amir have already conquered the Israeli audience with the films "Makatub" and "Mahila" and with the series "Asfor" and "Wounded in the Head".
Now they will try to conquer the whole world with the help of Netflix: their next series, "In Fire and Water" by its name, will be released this summer on the streaming giant as an exclusive original production.

At this stage the details of the plot are still kept under a shroud of secrecy, but what can be said is that the series was filmed in Israel, Poland and Georgia, and is produced by Ader Shafran, Roni Abramovski, Moshe Adri and Dana Stern.
Savion and Amir had great success with their Israeli creations.
"Asfor" became a cultural phenomenon when it was broadcast on Hot at the beginning of the previous decade.
"Maketub" from 2017 sold about 570 thousand tickets, and "Forgiveness" from 2019 sold 300 thousand tickets, so together their two films approached one million tickets in three years.
"In Fire and Water" is expected to be the second Israeli-international production on Netflix, after "Hit and Run" by Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff, creators of "Fauda", which was canceled after one season.
