The Israeli song "Unicorn" for Eurovision 2023 to be held in Liverpool will be revealed on March 8.

At the beginning of January, as mentioned, it was revealed that the song "Unicorn" will represent Israel at Eurovision 2023. "We wrote a song that personally moves me every time I sing or hear it," said Kirel.
About three months ago, the European Broadcasting Union announced changes to the voting system for the Eurovision Song Contest.
According to the decision, in the semi-finals, only the viewers at home will decide who the winners are, and there will be no vote by judges.
Alongside this, viewers from countries that do not participate in the competition will also be able to participate in voting through the network.
After the last competition, the European Broadcasting Union decided to examine the voting method, and as part of the conclusions of the process, the steps were decided.
As part of the reform, the judges' vote will continue to play a significant role - but only in the final stage of the competition.
As far as the vote from the rest of the world's countries, which will be held via the network - it will be weighted and treated like the votes of another country.

In October, the union announced that only 37 countries will participate in Eurovision 2023, which will be held in May in Liverpool, England.
This is the lowest number of participating countries since 2014. This, in fact, increased Kirel's chances of advancing to the finals.
A professional committee of the broadcasting corporation chose Kirel in July to represent Israel in the competition from a closed list of the 78 artists played in Israel or those who stood out in the charts of the last three years.
