After teasers and a concept model comes the real thing: Kia revealed tonight the EV9, a large 7-seater electric crossover, which is based on an enlarged version of the successful platform already used by the Kia EV6 and the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and 6.

A flat front suitable for an electric vehicle, a square and tough design and a driver's environment that is a development of the one we saw in the other sisters to the platform, create a crossover with a unique and impressive design, which enters an almost empty market segment.

Currently only BYD Tang is found there.

The dimensions have not yet been revealed, but the new vehicle may be larger than the Sorento, and likely more spacious than it, which will make it easier for it to compete with the gasoline and diesel vehicles in the category, including the Kia Carnival and Chevrolet Traverse.
