Climate: for the IPCC, there is always time to avoid the worst

This unambiguous observation, approved word for word by the representatives of 195 States, opens the summary published on Monday by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

This text concludes the 6th cycle of scientific assessment begun in 2015 on global warming and the response needed to mitigate and adapt to it.

It summarizes more than 10,000

pages of IPCC reports, themselves based on millions of pages of scientific literature.
