The investment that the minister informed his office is of NIS 26 million per academic year, subject to the approval of the state budget.

In exchange for this, the students will be required to contribute a certain quota of volunteer hours to the community.

Among the supported institutions are Rimon, Beit Zvi, Nissan Nativ, Sam Spiegel, Ma'ale, Puppet Theater, Musrara, Impro, Vertigo and Yoram Levinstein.

Every student in Israel should study without being bothered by the payment of tuition fees, unless they are artists, who should devote themselves to the joy of creation.

The removal of these barriers will lead to the diversity of artists, and to an increase in the number of artists in Israel."



As part of the new program, the Minister intends to act so that every student will receive a study scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and Sports in the amount of 50% of the tuition fee at the following institutions: Music from the East, Mosrara, Ramon, Passage in Mitzpe Ramon, Makmaat in Safed, Beit Zvi, Nissan Nativ in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, Yoram Levinstein, Goodman in Be'er Sheva, Mansher, Sam Spiegel, Torat Chaim, Maale in Jerusalem, a place for poetry, Torat Chaim, Maale, Mansher, Sam Spiegel, Mansher, artist - ultra-orthodox school, Tel Hai - Art Institute, Puppet Theater School in Holon, Bi Puppet and Drama Theater in Tel Aviv, Beit 9 in Haifa, the visual school in Jerusalem, Yitar in Shlomi, Impro in Ramat Gan, Kili in Bat Yam, Mata Asher Community Center Community Center (Gaathon), Vertigo dance association - Jerusalem and the course for training dancers in Tel Aviv .
