With the new front end inspired by the V8 models, the four-door Mercedes-AMG GT Coupé with six-cylinder engine gains in aesthetic grit and appeal. The restyling of the model mainly involved the lower part of the nose of the car, with the provision of larger side air intakes with mainly aesthetic functions and, under the grille, with the adoption of a more generous and aggressive grille, intended for cooling engines and brakes. The three new elements together recall the airfoils of a jet as a design.

On this occasion, the Stuttgart-based company has also expanded the standard equipment proposed for the 6.3-liter 0-cylinder petrol engine with 367 and 435 hp, also adding the glass roof with electrically operated curtain and the wireless charging system for mobile phones for rear passengers. Also noteworthy are revised graphics and additional configurations for the digital infotainment system Mbux (Mercedes-Benz user experience). Already available on the German market, the update also includes the availability for the 'basic' trim levels of the 'Chrome' package, with glossy black and chrome color for the front splitter, as well as the Carbon Fiber package. Finally, the color palette for the bodywork has been expanded with an unprecedented metallic white.
