Occasionally you just can't believe your eyes: In Hesse, a trailer actually landed on a VW roof. The police are faced with a mystery.
It's always one of those things with pranks: Sometimes everyone involved can laugh about it: For example, the road traffic office took it pretty easy when a speed camera in Hürtgenwald was decorated with Santa Claus and a sleigh. Sometimes, however, one or the other joker overshoots the mark. For example, NBA players had completely filled the interior of their colleague's BMW with popcorn – at least the smell should have persisted in the vehicle for a long time. Definitely, the fun stops when things are damaged, as in a curious case in Hesse.
Man alerts police: A trailer is on a VW Golf
The police in Herborn published a photo that makes you have to look at least twice, because you can hardly believe it: A trailer stands on a two-door fourth-generation VW Golf. And the scene was not shot in any junkyard, but in public space. And presumably, the officers themselves were skeptical when a man came forward and explained that there was a trailer on a car. But when a patrol arrived, the police found that the report was indeed true.

Trailer stands on VW Golf roof: police are faced with a mystery
It is still unclear whether the action is really a prank or whether there is another motivation behind it. It has also not yet been finally clarified how the trailer got onto the VW roof – the police suspect that the trailer – which was previously parked in a street – was loaded with a forklift truck and transported about 100 meters further to the Golf.

The Golf was damaged the action. The police are now looking for witnesses who have made suspicious observations. In fact, sometimes curious stories can be hidden behind such cases. In Spain, for example, a man smashed a BMW with a pickaxe. As it finally turned out, it was the father of the 32-year-old BMW owner – with the action he wanted to prevent the son from drunk driving.
