Twitter's trust and security team is losing another admin, the second in a matter of days. A.J. Brown, who had worked at the company for more than six years, has left, The Wall Street Journal reported. His departure follows the resignation of Ella Irwin, Twitter's head of trust and security.
Her predecessor, Joel Roth, left in November after Elon Musk completed the acquisition. Irwin's departure is a blow to Musk, as it was considered a senior appointment that he personally promoted.

Earlier this week, investment house Fidelity lowered Twitter's valuation, and it's now worth a third of what Musk paid for it ($44 billion). He himself recently said that the network is worth less than half the amount he paid for it.

In the first 25 days of Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter, about 40 of the company's top advertisers left the platform. On top of that, revenue was down 2022% in December 2021 compared to the same month in <>. In an effort to remedy the advertiser surge, Musk last month appointed Linda Cririnou as CEO.
