The prosecutor's office confirms the scenario of the game that would have gone wrong: the forty-year-old would have been hit "during a game during which (she) would have put on a bulletproof vest before being shot".
Shooter in 'advanced drunk'
The main suspect is known to the justice for traffic offenses related in particular to the consumption of alcohol. He presented Saturday morning "an advanced alcoholic state" that had prevented his immediate hearing by investigators.
"It appears that the shooter and the victim did not know each other before," the prosecutor said in a statement. The other two suspects present at the party are an 18-year-old man with no criminal record, a friend of both the alleged shooter and the victim; and a third man arrested Saturday night, aged 20 and not known to the justice.
Videos, recorded by one of the suspects, confirm the presence of these three men at the time of the tragedy. The facts alleged against each of them will be "to be determined precisely" Monday at the end of police custody, added the prosecutor. A judicial investigation will be opened on Monday.
