The influencer Xenia Adonts, whose clothing advice is taken as gospel around the world, has just been the victim of a robbery at her home located in the center of the capital (IIe). The damage is estimated at more than EUR 350 000.
The 30-year-old, followed by more than 2 million fans on Instagram, was not there at the time. Her assistant, she was present this Monday in the early evening. She was attacked by both attackers. They threatened her with a knife, then tried, in vain, to tie her up and finally looted the beautiful apartment. They reportedly fled with luxury jewellery and leather goods. As of Friday morning, they were still at large.
A two-step burglary
The coup was, in fact, a two-stage event. Earlier on Monday, around 12:30 p.m., the elevators had managed to enter the house by climbing the building and entering, it seems, through an open window. At that time, there was no one there. They had then stolen a whole pile of objects for an estimated damage of about 50,000 euros.
Above all, they had collected the keys to the apartment. Hence this second passage around 19:30 p.m., while the influencer's assistant was there. According to our information, she was not physically abused. A complaint was filed at the Paris-Centre police station. An investigation for burglary and aggravated theft was opened by the Paris prosecutor's office.
The influencer, a former model born in Russia and raised in Germany, travels around the world but spends part of her time in the French capital, where she regularly takes pictures of herself with the clothes she wants to highlight. A few years ago, she created her own brand.
