According to the prosecution, he is suspected of having targeted the Nice prosecutor because the latter had initiated several procedures and "in particular an instruction which gave rise to the issuance of an arrest warrant against him for participation in a criminal organization, possession of a weapon, incitement to hatred.”

A threat of “mass murder on French territory”

Alexis Issaurat “then posted videos on YouTube explaining that he was going to commit a mass murder on French territory during 2019-2020,” the prosecution further detailed.
