Creator, comedian and actor Larry David ("Calm down") attacked the TV character "Elmo" live on a morning show in the United States.

"Calm Down" began its journey in October 2000 and followed the events of Larry David in Los Angeles, who was then best known as the creator of "Seinfeld" together with Jerry Seinfeld.
David played himself in it and the series aired fairly regularly for the first eight years.
After that, there was a larger and larger gap between the seasons, and each time the HBO network stated that the decision of whether to end the series and when to return with it was entirely in David's hands.
