Two and four wheels united in the name of passion, art and sportsmanship, with the project signed by Ducati and Automobili Lamborghini which in recent days were the protagonists of the 'Art of creating myths' event at the Galleria Cavour in Bologna.
The occasion, for Ducati, was the useful one to unveil as a world preview the special 'Centauro', a work of art created by Paolo Troilo based on one of the examples of the limited series Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini Speciale Clienti and created in continuity with Minotaur, artist's 2021 painting on the bodywork of a Lamborghini Huracán EVO.
The Apulian artist is known for his hyper-realistic finger painting technique, the same one he used to paint 'Centauro', in the figurative representation of the arms of a man bent in acceleration which stand out on the two sides of the tank, together to other tools in the abstract geometric decomposition that characterizes the remaining parts of the motorbike.

This work was designed to unite the world of myth with reality, embodying a superhuman strength that blends with the rationality enhanced by the shapes and volumes of the Streetfighter V4, thus transmitting power and a sense of confidence in one's abilities.
The idea of Art of creating myths' was born in September 2022 with the world premiere of Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini, the second chapter of the collaboration between the two companies after the Diavel 1260 Lamborghini.
The Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini is a limited and numbered edition of 630 examples characterized by a livery in Citrea Green and Dac Orange.
On that occasion, Ducati and Automobili Lamborghini announced that they had thought of an even more exclusive series of 63 examples, called Customer Special, which allows 63 Lamborghini customers to come into direct contact with the Ducati Style Center and configure their own Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini.
Among these 63 customers there is also the owner of 'Minotauro', who asked Ducati, Automobili Lamborghini and the artist Troilo to bring the work 'Centauro' to life.
The 'Art of creating myths' event, reserved for 200 Ducati and Lamborghini guests, saw the participation of the CEOs of the two companies, Claudio Domenicali and Stephan Winkelmann.
