It's a great start to 2024 for Stellantis Commercial Vehicles, based on data processing by Dataforce.
These confirm the group's leadership in the Italian market, which closed the month of January with a share of 42.5%, and sales volumes of over 7,500 units.
Specifically, Fiat Professional was the brand that achieved the best performance, with a share of 25.5% and has 2 vehicles on the best-selling podium, namely Ducato and Doblò, in 1st and 3rd place respectively.
There were 2000 registrations of the Ducato produced in the Atessa (Chieti) plant.
In the large van segment, if we also take into consideration the Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper and Opel Movano vehicles, also built in Atessa, Stellantis' share is 42%.
Positive news also from the electric commercial vehicle market, where Stellantis confirms its leadership with a market share of 28.9%;
and a growing result for Peugeot, which in January recorded a share of 5.7% with an increase of 1.2 percentage points compared to the same month of 2023. "The new year has started well - declared Gianluca Zampese, director of the business commercial vehicle unit of Stellantis in Italy - we have confirmed our leadership thanks to the support of a sales network that offers the best solutions for all our customers".
