Over the past weekend Ducati participated as a partner in the 2024 edition of Arte Fiera, the modern and contemporary art fair which has taken place as an annual event in Bologna since 1974 and which celebrated its fiftieth anniversary.
The main ingredient of the Borgo Panigale company's participation was the combination of technology and beauty, as well as the philosophy that sees love for beauty as an essential element also for products on two wheels.
Ducati was an active part of the fair by linking itself to 'Path', an itinerary that connects a selection of the galleries present at the Fair, according to a thematic criterion, identified in this edition in the universal language of drawing.
Precisely in the context of 'Percorso', the first Officina Arte Ducati Prize was also awarded to the work Ossicodone 2 by the artist Alberto Tadiello, a work presented by the Neapolitan gallery Umberto di Marino.
The winning work was selected by a jury in which Ducati was represented by Stefano Tarabusi, design manager of the company.
During the opening period of the fair, visitors were also able to admire a work of art created by the Ducati Style Center.
This is the Acquabianca marble sculpture 'Fortitudo Mea in Levitate', inspired by the aesthetic canons of the Panigale and a tribute to lightness, one of the founding values of the brand.
Ducati also played a central role in the context of Art City Bologna, the program of exhibitions, events and initiatives promoted by the Municipality of Bologna in collaboration with BolognaFiere, which took place at the same time as Arte Fiera in various places within the city.
