It is an orange Mini Cooper S, the last of the 1969 examples of the special Final edition, the Clubman of the end of production in the British Oxford plant and of the model's definitive farewell to the scene.
After 55 years and 550,000 units assembled, approximately half of the 1.1 million units produced in total, the English station wagon bids farewell to car enthusiasts.
A successful car that was a true icon for entire generations and which was exported to over 50 countries around the world.
For the brand, a chapter that began in 1969 is closing, to make room for the new generation of electric machines.
Commenting on the end of production, Markus Grüneisl, CEO of the Oxford and Swindon factories, said: "We are incredibly proud to have built the Mini Clubman in our two factories for the last 18 years for customers around the world. With its departure , we look forward to welcoming members of the new Mini family to our Oxford and Swindon lines, including a new convertible model which we will start producing later this year.”
