New damning testimonies which push the 75-year-old psychoanalyst (a little more) into turmoil.
Ten women, three of whom were minors at the time of the events, accuse the media psychoanalyst Gérard Miller of having sexually assaulted them or having behaved inappropriately against them, between 1995 and 2016, reveals Mediapart in a long investigation published this Tuesday.
The investigative media also reports that the Paris prosecutor's office received, this Tuesday, a report from a woman wishing to “file a complaint” against Gérard Miller.
Information confirmed to us by the prosecution, specifying that the complaint “has not yet been received”.
The alleged victim was 21 years old in 1995 when she met Gérard Miller, at the time her psychoanalysis professor.
After a forced kiss, several rejected advances, a romantic breakup plunges the young woman into depression, and she calls the columnist to ask for help.
In her report to the prosecution, she recounts the sequence of events.
“He opened a bottle of champagne.

Afterwards, I no longer remember what happened until I found myself in his bed with him on top of me, erect penis with a condom, jerking off,” she confides.

The women who testified to the investigative media were between 16 and 21 years old at the time of the events, which ran from 1995 to 2016. Gérard Miller was between 47 and 68 years old.
Then an emeritus university professor and star psychoanalyst on TV, Gérard Miller seems to repeat a similar and well-established operating procedure.
First, the columnist approaches the young women spotted in the audience of the shows in which he participates, often those of Laurent Ruquier or Michel Drucker.
Then, he invites his last to his Parisian home.
In the majority of cases, they consume alcohol and find themselves intoxicated.
The person who is now politically involved with La France Insoumise sometimes offers them “hypnosis” or “relaxation” experiences, during which some claim to have been victims of attacks.
Three minors blame the psychoanalyst
Three young, minor women also testify in the Mediapart article, indicating that they left the psychoanalyst's home in a hurry, feeling in "danger" or "uncomfortable".
Invited following a TV show, the two women talk about a “game of domination”.

In his response, Gérard Miller assures that he has “never forced anyone” and has always ensured the consent of the young women.
On the other hand, he admits that he did not realize at the material time that the “dissymmetry” existing between him, a “man of power”, and these “younger” women was “crippling”.
Today, “without a doubt”, he affirms that he would act “differently”.
Previous accusations
At the end of January, three women had already accused Gérard Miller of sexual assault and rape, notably during hypnosis sessions, some of which were very old, in Elle magazine.
The director affirmed for his part that he was “convinced of not having forced anyone”.
An interview with filmmaker Benoît Jacquot conducted in 2011 by Gérard Miller for the purposes of a documentary pushed most of the women to testify publicly.
The filmmaker spoke of his relationships with young actresses including Judith Godrèche, then a minor, in front of a conciliatory Gérard Miller.
This Wednesday, the latter filed a complaint against Benoît Jacquot for “rape of a minor”.
