At the center of the discussion, with the theme 'The present and future of private mobility, suspended between car ownership, rental and shared mobility', the uncertainty of the economic scenario, the increase in costs of the models launched on the market by automobiles, doubts about the choice of food, as well as the widespread mobility restrictions imposed in large cities which are pushing more and more Italians to postpone the moment of purchase.

Among the topics covered, also the growing choice of alternative forms of mobility such as rental or sharing.

According to Aniasa sources, in fact, in Italy today there are over 160 thousand motorists, with or without VAT number, who have already chosen to do without car ownership, preferring to rent it.

The event promoted in Milan was also an opportunity to take stock of the first year of activity of 'Guido Lascelta' and to outline the strategy for the near future.

In the first 12 months, over 100 thousand unique visitors carried out searches on the site, 80% of which were private individuals with only a tax code, the remaining 20% were companies and VAT number holders.

The portal presents itself today as an online platform for comparing long-term rental offers.

Once the vehicle you are looking for has been indicated, the comparator selects and compares the different rental solutions proposed by the partners, displaying those that best suit the needs of the case.

"We are closing the first year of activity - commented Angelo Simone, creator and CEO of Mobility Ecolution, the start-up that launched the portal on the market - with a decidedly positive balance. The feedback obtained from the market confirms that today, despite much of Italians are still tied to car ownership, rental, with its operational and economic advantages, is gradually making its way into the large and varied private sector".
