» Launched in 2001, under the presidency of Jean-Paul Huchon, president (PS) of the Île-de-France regional council, and continued by Valérie Pécresse (Libres!), this so-called “victimization” investigation is entrusted every two years at a survey institute, under the leadership of the security prevention mission, at the Paris Region Institute.
