The Toulouse Court of Appeal ruled this Thursday, February 8 in favor of opening additional information in the Jubillar case during a brief hearing behind closed doors.
This decision, in accordance with the requisitions of the general prosecutor's office, means that new investigations must be carried out under the authority of investigating judges Audrey Assemat and Coralyne Chartier, in charge of this file opened in December 2020, a few days after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, 33 years old, in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn).

But the framework for this reopening of the investigation is restricted and limited in time.
According to the judgment rendered this Thursday, February 8 by the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal, of which Le Parisien has taken note, this additional information must be executed by April 4, 2024 and will consist of first to interview two people: Salem K., detained at the Lannemezan penitentiary center (Hautes-Pyrénées), and his mother.
