After smashing box offices around the world and also being screened in Israel, Taylor Swift's concert film will soon land on Disney Plus.

"Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" will be released on March 15 on the streaming service in Israel, at the same time as the other territories where Disney Plus is available.

The film was supposed to hit theaters in Israel on October 13th near the rest of the world, but of course was postponed due to the murderous massacre a week before and the outbreak of war.

It was finally released in the Holy Land at the beginning of November.



In the rest of the globe the film became a huge success with revenues of more than 262 million dollars.

No wonder considering the difficulty of getting tickets for the tour itself, in itself of course a huge success, with close to 200 shows around the world, and more to come.

According to analyst estimates published on CNN, the revenue from ticket sales for the shows is expected to reach 2.2 billion dollars - thus making the tour the most successful of all time.

Many Swift fans were unable to get a ticket to the shows, for which the sales became a real nerve-wracking journey.

The massive demand has led to tickets selling out within minutes at each show, with tens of thousands of fans left to sing along outside the stadium.

To allow them to experience some kind of compensation, and for others to continue the huge celebration that surrounds the performances, Swift and her representatives launched the official film of the tour, consisting of documents from three different performances during the summer of 2023. The length of the cinematic version was 2 hours and 45 minutes, and the version that comes Five additional songs will be included in Disney Plus, the Disney company announced in an investor call on Wednesday, and the local branch of the streaming service confirms that this will also happen in Israel.



If all this success isn't enough, last Sunday Swift was also the big winner at the Grammy Awards.

In doing so, she became the first artist ever to win the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for the fourth time, surpassing the legendary artists Paul Simon, Frank Sinatra and Stevie Wonder, and unlike them she did it when she was only 34 years old.
