Already targeted by four complaints for sexual assault and rape, the 51-year-old radio host is accused by a fifth woman, according to information from BFMTV confirmed by Le Parisien.
She filed a complaint for rape this Thursday, February 8, a little less than three months after that of Julie, the first to take legal action last November.
Now aged 45, this fifth complainant describes a scene that occurred during a professional trip to the provinces by the radio host, at the end of the 1990s, when she was very young.
Contacted, Me Anne-Claire Le Jeune, his lawyer, did not wish to speak.
A priori struck by the statute of limitations, these facts will however necessarily fuel the preliminary investigation opened at the end of November by the Paris prosecutor's office for "rape" and "sexual assault.

Sidelined from the NRJ antenna since November 22
On November 18, Julie denounced fellatio under duress, in 2014 then in 2022. Rapes, including one of a minor since, according to her account, she was only 16 years old.
The public prosecutor's office in Bourg-en-Bresse (Ain), where this first complaint was filed, then relinquished responsibility in favor of that of Paris, which entrusted the investigations to the minors' protection brigade (BPM).
Three other complaints followed, including that of Mathilde, on December 13.
Aged 44, she described to Le Parisien the sexual assault she said she experienced at the age of 25, when she was a fan of the host who at the time was on Skyrock.

Removed from the NRJ antenna since November 22, he, first via his lawyers then in a long plea on BFMTV, vigorously denied the facts, saying he was the victim of false accusations.
Contacted this Friday about this new complaint, Mr. Simon Clemenceau, one of his defenders, indicated that he learned of its existence through the press and refused to make any immediate comments.
“We cannot bring up a complaint about which we know nothing and do not even have confirmation yet,” explains the criminal lawyer logically.
