It was a strange chase that took place this Friday morning in Strasbourg.
By borrowing a passerby's scooter, a police officer managed to stop a driver who was trying to escape the police.

Tested positive for narcotics and the subject of a search for similar facts, the motorist, aged 21, is currently being interviewed by investigators.
