While a fifth woman has just filed a complaint for sexual assault and rape against Sébastien Cauet, the radio host defended himself Friday evening on his social networks.
In several voice messages addressed to his fans in his Instagram broadcast channel “Cauet Family”, an option on the social network which allows you to converse directly with your subscribers, Sébastien Cauet denounced “a conspiracy”.
“It’s very easy to destroy someone today,” he laments.
You put people who decide out of jealousy, out of greed, to set up a conspiracy and give false testimony and you get what is happening with me today.

Away from NRJ since November, the 51-year-old host denies the facts and regrets that “everyone tramples on the presumption of innocence”.
A period of “lies”
He also ensures his collaboration with justice.
“Three months ago, we gathered all the documents and gave everything to the police proving that there was extortion.
I've been waiting for three months for things to move forward.
I will fight very hard so that the truth comes out quickly,” he assures in a voice message, thanking subscribers for their support.
“It’s easy to do that these days.
It’s absolutely terrible and disastrous, with collateral damage for the children and the family which is horrible,” lamented Sébastien Cauet.

“Incredible handling”
The host also returned on Saturday in other messages on the documentary “Ligne Rouge” broadcast Friday evening on BFMTV without naming him.
“I saw a report of incredible manipulation which made me pass for a character who is the same on radio, on television and in life,” he laments.
He denounces in particular the use of dated images from television and radio broadcasts.
“We show sequences, in the 1990s, which were done at the time since that's what made everyone laugh and we say, 'If he was like that at the time, it's because he's like that in life'.

“It’s as if a clown came home in the evening with his size 74 shoes without taking off his makeup,” continues the host.

A fifth complaint
The fifth complainant, aged 45, filed a complaint on Thursday against Sébastien Cauet, a little less than three months after Julie, the first to take legal action last November.
Julie had denounced fellatio under duress, in 2014 then in 2022. Rapes, one of which was against a minor since, according to her account, she was only 16 years old.
Three other complaints followed, including that of Mathilde, who described to Le Parisien the sexual assault she said she experienced at the age of 25.
If the facts described by the last complainant are, a priori, subject to the statute of limitations since they date back to the end of the 1990s, they could nevertheless fuel the preliminary investigation opened at the end of November by the Paris prosecutor's office for "rapes" and " sexual assault.
