“I told him it was painful, he continued”: a gynecologist from Chartres accused by 7 patients

Blandine, Séverine, Irène, Élodie, Manon, Béatrice and Carole

(all first names have been changed).

These seven women have in common that they have attended, at least once, the office of the same gynecologist, that of Dr. Saïd C., in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir).

Between 2020 and 2023, three of them filed a complaint against this practitioner for “rape by a person abusing their authority”, three others for sexual assault and the last for “endangering the lives of others”.

Each time, the acts were allegedly committed in his office, sometimes in the presence of relatives reduced to the level of spectators.

Aged 81, the doctor is once again summoned this Wednesday before the disciplinary chamber of the council of the order of doctors of the Centre-Val de Loire region for endangering the life of one of his patients.
