This young man, who has an apprenticeship contract, still lives with his mother in Seine-et-Marne.

He was recently convicted of rebellion, use of drugs and handing over an illicit object to a prisoner.

The attorney general believes that he is rooted in delinquency and seems more concerned by the risk of reprisals than by the search for the truth in this villainous affair.
