With the return of the Geneve International Motor Show (Gims) to its traditional home of Palexpo, the custom of linking this event to appointments and events dedicated to the professional world and groups of professionals also resumes.
This is the case of the Car Design Night (Cdn), an exclusive evening reception dedicated to the world of 'style' and the design centers of global automotive companies, which will take place on Monday 26 February from 6.00pm to 10.00pm in the pavilions exhibitions at the Palexpo in Geneva.
Comparable to what happens in Milanese hotels - such as the Gallia and the Hilton - where the 'transfer market' takes place, the Car Design Night is not only an opportunity to greet friends and colleagues, exchange ideas or meet the managers of the large companies in the supplies (software, prototyping systems, car components and systems).
At the Cdn, in fact, information is exchanged on the movements of designers at every level - from big names to young students who have just graduated or graduated - and above all contacts are managed to organize or reorganize the style centers.
It is therefore significant that after a four-year break, Gims returns in 2024 to celebrate its centenary and has been chosen for a prestigious international event dedicated to the world of professionals in the automotive field.
The Geneva event on 26 February precedes by almost two months the second appointment of the Car Design Night for 2024 which - in conjunction with the Salone del Mobile and the Design Week - will take place in Milan at the Maserati Showroom on 16 April.
