Faced with the victim's refusal, the individual allegedly sexually assaulted him before fleeing.
According to the Marseille prosecutor's office, the victim mentioned "acts of rape".
The suspect arrested less than 1 km from the villa
The elderly woman was taken care of by the emergency services and, despite the shock, was able to describe the attacker and his clothing to investigators.
