The commercial activity of Mobilize financial services, a brand of RCI Banque SA, recorded growth during 2023. In fact, the number of cases financed increased by 6.6% compared to 2022, while the amount of new financing was increased by 17.1%, supported by the increase in registrations and the average amounts financed (+9.9%).
In a total share of financed vehicles of 43.4% (44.8% in 2022), that of financed electric vehicles was 48.1%, exceeding that of vehicles with traditional fuel supply by 5.2 points.
Additionally, the number of service and insurance contracts sold in 2023 grew by 1.5% compared to the previous year.
Net revenues, down 2.7% compared to 2022, stood at 1,961 million euros, with a decline mainly due to the impact of interest rate swaps to hedge sight deposits, recorded at market value, which recorded a negative impact of 84 million euros in 2023, and a positive impact of 101 million euros in 2022.
The average productive assets (APM), however, are increasing by 14.4% in 2023, and the savings collection increased further, with 3.8 billion euros of additional savings collected in 2023, for a share of 28.2 billion euros at the end of December 2023, which corresponds to 51.5% of the net assets of the agency.
Finally, Mobilize Financial Services has strengthened its car rental and subscription offering by announcing the acquisition of MeinAuto in July 2023.
