She was 17, he was 53, his father's age.
She was a high school student in her final year of high school, attracted by psychoanalysis, he was a recognized therapist, very present on television and radio.
Aude G., now a psychoanalyst herself and aged 39, filed a complaint this Tuesday evening against x for rape with the Paris public prosecutor.
The complaint in fact directly targets the therapist Gérard Miller for alleged acts which took place between November and December 2001 and which "are not prescribed", the victim being a minor, specifies his lawyer, Me Marie-Paule Pioli.
This is the third known complaint against the cathodic psychoanalyst, after the investigations first by Elle magazine and then Mediapart published at the end of January and beginning of February, in which several women accused Gérard Miller of sexual assault and rape, particularly during hypnosis sessions.
The therapist, who does not deny having had relationships with these women, however firmly contests their accusations.
