Dacia renews the Spring, the brand's electric vehicle sold in more than 140,000 units from 2021. It is a car designed to reduce the overall weight, as demonstrated by the mass of less than one ton and the compact battery that weighs less than 190 kg.
On a stylistic level, the car features a renewed front, which focuses attention near the logo and features bright signatures similar to those of the new Duster;
the front and rear fenders are wider than those of the Spring currently on the list.
Overall, the shapes have been softened and protections have been added on the side, while the wheels are 15 inches.
The aesthetic picture is completed by the new brick red and safari beige colours, which add to the classic liveries.
The interior has been revised with a redesigned dashboard and maximizing the storage compartments, which now have a total capacity of 32.7 litres.
There are several details in white, such as the digital instrument cluster and part of the door panels.
Connectivity has been increased through a 7-inch digital instrumentation, and a 10.1-inch infotainment screen in the center of the dashboard in combination with Media Nav Live.
The new Spring is enriched with a new steering wheel and a new satellite radio.
With the My Dacia app it is also possible to program a charging remotely.
Among the accessories there are the cup holder, the smartphone attachment, also with wireless charging, which attach to the 3 points of the new youclip fixing system;
two present in the lower part of the dashboard, and one in the glove compartment in front of the passenger.
The trunk has a capacity of 308 litres, which reaches up to 1004 liters with the rear seats folded down, while among the options there is also a 35-litre front storage compartment, made of plastic, excellent for storing charging cables.
In Italy it will be possible to order it in spring, it will arrive in summer, and will be offered with 2 trim levels - Expression and Extreme - and 2 power levels: 45 and 65 HP.
The 26.8 kWh battery promises 220 km of autonomy in the WLTP mixed cycle and in addition to the 7 kW AC charger, it also offers, among the accessories, the 30 kW DC charger, to recharge from 20-80% in 45 minutes.
Finally, thanks to the V2L function, acronym for Vehicle ToLoad, through an adapter, also included in the list of options, the new Spring is able to recharge or power external objects.
