Kimera Automobili has created what can be identified as the universal heir of the most iconic racing sports cars built in Turin from 1978 to 1992, the EVO38, which follows in the wake of the success achieved with the EVO37, the brand's debut car .
The car will be shown to the public for the first time during the next Geneva International Motor Show which opens its doors on Monday 26 February.

The EVO38 will be built in 38 examples, and the main innovation compared to the EVO37 is the presence of all-wheel drive which uses a modern distribution control and electro-hydraulic locking system of the differentials, which recalls that of the electronic World Rally Cars of the early 2000s. In this way it allows you to manage the calibration of the differentials and the locking of the differentials from the passenger compartment, and allows you to completely exclude the front differential for a car and the behavior of a rear-wheel drive car.
Furthermore, through the steering wheel controls, it allows you to vary the suspension calibration using the motorized shock absorbers, and the height from the ground using the lifting system.
Powered by a 2150 cm3 engine, equipped with a turbo and volumetric compressor, and coupled with a 6-speed manual gearbox with shorter ratios compared to the EVO37, it develops 600 HP and 550 Nm of maximum torque.
Values that ensure first-rate performance if we consider a mass of just 1,100 kg.
The rear chassis layout maintains the central shock absorber with double lateral spring, as on the group B rally cars of the 1980s, but the front features a modern layout with push road shock absorbers.
