Ayvens, a company operating in fleet management and long-term leasing in Europe, will purchase 500,000 Stellantis vehicles. Deliveries will begin in the first half of 2024 and continue throughout the year.

The brands involved are Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DsAutomobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot and Vauxhall, but they could increase to cover the entire Stellantis portfolio.

Purchasing by affiliates across Europe will include a wide range of segments, from city cars to SUVs as well as vans and minivans (including 7 and 9 seater ones), with many engine types, including battery electric vehicles.

Ayvens - 15,700 employees in 42 countries, 3.4 million cars and the largest fleet of multi-brand electric vehicles in the world - was created in May 2023 when Ald Automotive acquired LeasePlan, one of the world's leading fleet management and mobility.

Currently number one in the ranking as a global player in multi-channel car leasing, Ayvens supports the mobility needs of large international companies, small and medium-sized businesses, professionals and private individuals.

"Thanks to our iconic brands and our range of electric vehicles we are able to offer a tailor-made solution for every need, every budget and lifestyle. Thanks to this agreement, current and future customers of the Stellanti brands will be able to try our latest innovations, with advanced propulsion to high-performance connectivity, as well as unparalleled comfort. This is a great opportunity for Ayvens customers and is the right way to move together towards a zero-carbon future" explains Stellantis CEO, Carlos Tavares.

“This commercial partnership will allow us to work side by side with Stellantis. The agreement is a clear demonstration of our scalability and purchasing power, thanks to which we will be able to acquire further value and new synergies for the benefit of all stakeholders” says Tim Albertsen, CEO of Ayvens
