There will also soon be a fully electric version of the Porsche Cayenne.

Before the Cayenne arrives as an electric vehicle in around two years, the Zuffenhausen manufacturer has made the third generation of the luxury SUV, which was launched in 2017, ready for the second cycle.
Above all, this means that customers can now also purchase the E-hybrid version of the luxury class ship.
Our test example was powered by the V6 turbo, whose system output, which is generated from the 304 hp combustion engine and a 176 hp electric motor, is stated as 470 hp.
Thanks to the larger selection of models, the success story can be continued, especially since, according to Porsche boss Blume, there will still be a combustion engine version of the Cayenne.

The factory specification of 74 kilometers of electric range should therefore be achievable under optimal conditions.
Unfortunately, the free electricity kilometers are covered far too quickly, and then the engine wants feed in the form of Super Plus gasoline.
Without electric support, the value approaches the ten liter mark, but with a harder pace it goes much higher.

The Porsche is registered with a top speed of 254 km/h, which it easily reaches.
But it's enough to travel at a much lower speed and still enjoy a virtually free ride.
The mighty vehicle - 4.93 meters long, 1.98 meters wide and 1.70 meters high - apparently makes such an impression that you are not harassed by people behind you honking their lights in the fast lane of the motorway.

The feel-good vehicle for motorways and 100 km/h roads
It is much more relaxed to walk at a more moderate pace.
You are always confident on the move and always have enough power available, should an intermediate spurt ever be necessary.
The maximum torque specified is a whopping 650 Nm, which is already available at 1400 rpm.
The Porsche SUV is really fun to drive on 100 km/h roads, but – with appropriate respect for physics – it always remains controllable and stable.

You can be excited about the all-electric Cayenne.
With the Taycan, they have sufficiently proven that the Zuffenhausen-based company is able to bring its sports car genes onto the road in fully electric form.
