Investigators continue to unravel two assassination files.

And they have now become certain that the death of Amine Benouda on March 10, 2022 is linked to that of his father-in-law Mostafa Mediani on March 2, 2023. Investigations have so far made it possible to identify ten suspected members of the gang organized in the murder of Amine Benouda, including the two direct perpetrators of the facts.

Four of these suspects admitted to participating in the murder from a logistical point of view.

A fifth admitted to setting the car on fire to cover the traces after the incident.

Seven suspects were thus indicted and placed in pre-trial detention.

Monday morning, police officers from the criminal brigade arrested in Sarcelles (Val-d'Oise) a young man of just 20 years old whom they suspected of having participated in the organization of this murder.

He is placed in police custody like two other suspects, seasoned offenders, who are taken from their cells where they are imprisoned for other matters.
