An investigation was opened against the mayor of Limoges (ex-LR) Émile Roger Lombertie, vice-president of the urban community and two of his deputies, also vice-presidents of the Limoges Métropole urban community, Catherine Mauguien-Sicard and Jean- Marie Lagedamont.
On February 13, lawyer Christelle Mazza, registered with the Paris and Marseille bar, filed a complaint for moral harassment on behalf of two people: a former deputy general director of Limoges Métropole and an executive still in office.
Lawyer Christelle Mazza develops in her complaint facts of “interpersonal moral harassment” and “harassment institutionalized by the total absence of hierarchical intervention despite several alerts”.
She also speaks of “intimidation maneuvers”, “organized ostracism” or even the “creation of an intimidating situation with lewd and tendentious remarks”.
