To test drive the medium-sized electric SUV produced by KG Mobility, we flew to Turkey, where, among the hills and surroundings of Istanbul, the new arrival from KGM proved to be a valid travel companion, with convincing performance and above all a high sense of comfort.

Indeed, if from the beginning the Torres EVX was designed to function as a highly efficient electric vehicle in daily use, the SUV characteristics, starting with the ground clearance, offer true off-road driving capability, a robust appearance and plenty of cargo space to carry everything you need for outdoor activities.

On the design front, Torres EVX presents itself with a new identity, with details inspired by off-road vehicles, which also recall the perceived robustness.
The interior design aims for a slim, spacious and ergonomic appearance.
The new panoramic display includes digital instrument clusters and a large navigation screen to provide all the information you need at a glance.
The internal space is generous thanks to the optimization of the available volumes.
There is also ample space for rear passengers thanks to the generous internal height and width with 1,047 mm of height under the roof and 916 mm of legroom, while the seats can be reclined from 27.5 degrees to 32.5 degrees ensuring maximum comfort during long journeys.
The load capacity is another point in favor of the Torres EVX, with 703 liters available and numerous internal storage solutions.
On the performance front, Torres EVX uses a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery to avoid the risk of fire and to ensure protection from significant external impacts.
New technology on this battery known as 'Cell to Pack' mounts the rectangular blade-shaped cells directly into the battery pack to ensure greater energy efficiency and improved safety, while a heat pump system helps minimize the effect of low winter temperatures on autonomy.

Torres EVX is the first electric vehicle to be introduced after the company was renamed KG Mobility.
To support its choice, KGM has also decided to offer a 10-year, one million km battery warranty on its SUV, the price of which has not yet been revealed.
