According to information from the online investigative media, the fifty-year-old learned on Friday that a sentence enforcement judge (JAP) had just decided to partially revoke his suspended sentence in an old case, known as “Vendôme Trading”: an organized VAT scam, to the detriment of the State of Denmark, dating back 25 years ago.

Obligations not respected

Marco Mouly was sentenced for these acts in 2019 to three years in prison, on condition of paying a fine of 15,000 euros to the Public Treasury, finding a job and submitting to examination measures. psychological.
